Pranayama – a guided practice in supine and sitting positions, following a step by step approach to allowing the breath to unfold with minimal effort.

Surrinder has over 30 years professional therapy experience and currently works as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. He especially enjoys facilitating group discussions, helping participants explore selected yogic themes, using skills from various traditions of western Psychology.
