Join me for an hours yoga flow getting you into your body, and feeling open and grounded ready to greet your day and whatever it has in store.
This is a level 1-2 class that builds strength, flexibility and mobility as well as increasing awareness of your own unique form.
Please bring your own mat. Modifications given for varying abilities.

Flow Yoga with RubyOctober 13, 2016
Ruby’s classes provide creative and flowing sequences, which vary thematically from week to week.
The pace of the classes will be strong and dynamic, for those who enjoy an energy boost! They are open level, so variations and modifications will be provided for students at any stage in their practice. Ruby places a huge emphasis on play, fun and simply enjoying the exploration of the body in a safe, non-competitive environment
Classes are £9 or a block of 6 for £50.
Ruby Colley is a registered RYT200 teacher with Yoga Alliance UK. This accreditation demonstrates excellent standards as set by Yoga Alliance UK.
