I began my yoga journey at the Sivananda Dhanwantari Ashram in India around 15 years ago. The powerful effect of daily yoga and meditation struck me immediately.
When not teaching Kundalini, I run a social enterprise, The Zen Project. TZP is an organisation that focuses on creating meaningful connections, bringing communities together and offering mental health support to all.
