The perfect way to start your day – Rise and Flow with Rachael. Whether you wake up raring to go or will have to drag yourself out of the house and not talk to anyone until after class. This is for both of you!

A yoga flow to get you moving, breathing, feeling, smiling. All levels welcome. Classes have an upbeat feel while also providing a chance to relax and unwind in chilled yin and restorative poses to finish. Creating the perfect yoga practice wrapped up into one session – taking the vibes up then settling them back down to finish floating on a cloud, ready to tackle the day ahead.

About Rachael:

Rachael has been practising yoga for over 20 years, completing her 200-hour teacher training with Yoga Haven in 2018, followed by certificates in Pregnancy, Post-Natal, Mum and Baby and Children’s yoga. She currently teaches at Hotpod Yoga Eastbourne, community classes at Udimore St Mary’s Hall and St Leonards Studio, as well as online, group and private one-to-one classes.

Rachael loves teaching Vinyasa Flow, with classes having an upbeat feel while also providing a chance to relax and unwind in chilled yin and restorative classes. Her favourite being a mix of the two, creating the perfect yoga experience wrapped up into one session – taking the vibes up then settling them back down to finish floating on a cloud.

All abilities are very welcome, especially newcomers to yoga. She wants to get people moving, to make time for themselves, and to learn to take a deep breath and step back from the day-to-day routine of everyday life.

Rachael believes that regular exercise and creating space both physically and mentally is key to keeping a positive outlook on life. Having her own invisible illness MS, she understands that everyone has their own personal struggles and their own reason for trying yoga.

Rachael welcomes anyone to give it a go and is happy to chat about individual needs or provide modifications – even if your first class is just lying on your mat!
