Elements Yoga honours my love of nature by following the seasons and their notable dates throughout the year. A blend of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, Breathwork and Meditation leaving you feeling relaxed and gently stretched ready for the weekend.

Classes are suitable for beginner and intermediate levels; modifications given.

Please bring your own mat, blanket and block.

You will find me on the beach opposite St Leonards Studio before the class watching or paddling in the sea if anyone wishes to join me before getting on the mat.
