This new class intertwines the yang, up-tempo energy of Vinyasa flow with the slow, still spirit of Yin Yoga. A variety of flows and held poses will be used to nurture you through building flexibility, strength and balance in an inclusive practice. A variety of modifications will be offered to suit beginners and the experienced alike.

The class will ebb and flow and will leave you feeling balanced, rested and refreshed. This is the perfect mid-week reset to check in with yourself, your body and your mind.

Veronica is 500 RYT Vinyasa, Yin and Yoga Nidra teacher that believes in the benefit of bringing traditional teachings into the contemporary world with an accessible and sensitive approach.

Bring your yoga mat and if you have any props (blocks, bricks, bolsters, blankets, cushions etc) feel free to bring them along to class too. Some props may be provided, however variations with and without props will always be offered, so no need to worry if it’s just you and your mat.
