Join me for an hours yoga flow getting you into your body, and feeling open and grounded ready to greet your day and whatever it has in store.

This is a level 1-2 class that builds strength, flexibility and mobility as well as increasing awareness of your own unique form.

Please bring your own mat. Modifications given for varying abilities.
