Foundations of Yoga – Mondays 6pm – 7.15pm
Whether you are a beginner, have done some yoga, or a long-term practitioner we all need good foundations in our yoga practice.
In this class we will combine breath and movement to develop focus, strength, and flexibility in body and mind, practicing with steadiness and ease.
This is a general level class with modifications for beginners.
£10/£8 concessions. Drop-in – no need to book.
