Let go and unwind in these gentle, evening drop-in sessions that focus on releasing tension and reconnecting mind and body.
Moving with the breath, we work through a series of lying, sitting and standing poses to restore energy and enhance flexibility and strength. Classes end with a lovely relaxation to leave you feeling rebalanced and revitalised.
Suitable for both beginners and those with some experience of yoga already.
