Tantra Flow with Lisa

Thursdays 6.30-7.45pm

Tantra Flow with Lisa is a weaving of asana, mantra, mudra, pranayama and meditation to bring about a physical, mental and energetic shift both on and off your yoga mat. A weekly theme begins the lesson to help transform your understanding of yourself and your place in the world. Lisa is inspired by yogic philosophy, shamanic storytelling, insight from nature and tantra and her classes are weaved with insight. She has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and loves to share the magic of the practice with others.

James has practised yoga for over 25 years now, ranging from Ashtanga to Jivamukti and a more recent Scaravelli-inspired approach. He completed his 300-hour British Wheel of Yoga accredited Yoga teaching training here in St Leonards Studio under Annie Cryar. He incorporates these years of knowledge into a more-challenging (in parts) Vinyasa class with modifications for all levels to make it accessible, safe and non-competitive. 

 Using breath and gravity to guide you, each class takes a different approach with different poses, allowing you to unwind and reset your body and mind, before a well-earned final relaxation at the end. 

 Please bring a mat and blocks/any props you require. 

 Also bring a towel/kit for an optional swim afterwards, weather permitting!

Classes are £8 drop in (concessions available so please contact for this)

Early Morning Flow

Thursdays 7.30am – 8.30am

Ease into your day with some mindful movement and breathwork.

A slow meditative flow to wake up your body, calm the mind and set the tone for your week.

Accessible for all levels. Modifications given. Please bring your own mat and equipment if you have it.

The class is £10. Discounted block booking and concessions available.
