Tuesdays 4pm – 5pm (30minute sessions)

Eva-Grace Bor is training as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist at Circle Cranio in Exeter. She is a registered and insured student member of the Craniosacral Therapy Association and offers 30 minute practice sessions with a suggested donation of £6 to cover room hire costs.

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands on therapy that supports renewed wellbeing. The practice is grounded in the acknowledgement that fundamental health is always available to us and becomes accessible through accessing a state of deep rest and stillness. The practitioner maintains a state of embodied presence to meet the client’s system through ‘listening’ to the system holistically and facilitating space for an innate Intelligence to emerge in a healing capacity.

Qi Gong is a system of body and mind cultivation developed in China, with roots going back thousands of years. It uses accessible sequences of simple movements to explore and refine principles of posture, movement, breathing and awareness. Scaravelli Inspired Yoga

October 13, 2016

This is a class that anyone can join from beginners to those who want to deepen their practice. Vanda Scaravelli inspired an approach to Yoga that encourages you to ‘undo the doing’, to relax and move ‘without the slightest effort’.

In this class we pay attention to the breath, the spine and flow of energy in the body. We focus on Yoga as self-discovery and enquiry – as Scaravelli writes:

‘ To question authority is the mark of a good mind, unafraid to explore. Is it possible to have a different attitude in which a new intelligence, not imposed by others, but born out of curiosity, attention and sensitivity will emerge? In which body and mind, focused in one single action, collaborate together? It is just this revolutionary attitude that we are going to discover through a new disciple in the practice of yoga’

Come and explore with us: £8/£6 concessions. Drop In
