This is a slow, expansive Hatha yoga practice to open, stretch and strengthen the body, and calm and centre the mind. Using breath and gravity to move into yoga sequences with “effortless effort,” each week will develop your practice in a safe, creative, and non-competitive environment.

I have been practicing Hatha and Iyengar yoga for over 25 years and have recently completed a Scaravelli inspired 300-hour British Wheel of Yoga accredited teacher training in St Leonards, under Annie Cryar and Zowie Martin. I am now working towards my 500 hours.

This class is available to all, with modifications offered for newcomers.

Please bring a mat and any props you need (though spares are available).

Classes are £10 drop in, £8 concessions.
