Every Tuesday

In a yin class we take a different approach to our asana practice. Slow movements and passive held stretches to allow stillness and a focus on deep release of tension, preparing the body and mind for a longer relaxation to finish.

Please bring a yoga mat, a bolster or pillow/cusion, blocks if you have them and 1-2 blankets. The better prepared you are with props, the more you will benefit in class so please bring these items if you can. Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide all equipment.
