Gentle Yoga  

Thursdays 1-2pm 

 with Michaela Macdonald. 

 This is a space of calm and acceptance, all levels are welcome to this gentle practice through movement to help improve balance, strength, flexibility and focus, calming the mind, using the breath throughout to release tension, sooth the nervous system and help find balance in mind and body, optional use of Aromatherapy oils during Savasana (relaxation part of practice) to help you drop into a deeper state of relaxation. 

Classes are 1 hour £10.
