Thursdays 9.30am – 10.30am – Starts 4th June

Let go and unwind in these gentle, evening drop-in sessions that focus on releasing tension and reconnecting mind and body.

You will learn how to move with the breath and explore lying, sitting and standing poses that enhance flexibility and strength. Classes end with a lovely relaxation to leave you feeling restored and revitalised.

Suitable for beginners and those returning to yoga.

£10 drop in session, £50  for six-week block
