Hatha Yoga starts November 13th

Thursdays 6-7pm

Unwind and release the tension from your day in this gentle, calming class that focuses on reconnecting mind and body.

Moving with the breath and listening to the intelligence of the body,  we will work mindfully through a series of asanas to ground your energy and enhance flexibility, strength and balance.

The class will finish with a restful relaxation to leave you feeling restored and revitalised.

Suitable for both beginners and those with some experience of yoga already. Modifications and variations are provided.

Price: £8 per drop-in session. A block booking concession is also available.
