Each month we will come together and connect in our sacred circle using the power and rhythm of the frame drum.

Using grounding meditation, sharing, drumming, rhythm and song we will gather to bring peace, harmony and joy within and without.

Drum circles are a safe inclusive -all women are welcome -informal way to connect, release, and de-stress.

Complete beginners welcome. No experience necessary, no need to be musical. We allow our hearts and drum to guide us whatever our needs

If you have a frame drum, please bring it along otherwise, I do have spare drums and rattles available to use.
