Join our community music circle! Open to all abilities, its a space for you to express yourself through guided musical improvisation. Our facilitators will take turns leading weekly sessions, each bringing unique gifts, drawing on a variety of practices including vocal improv, body percussion, musical games, dance and movement, breathwork and more. We focus on play, kindness, connection and process over outcome.
