Gentle Hatha Yoga with Jane
Thursdays 9.30am – 10.30am
Ease into your morning at this friendly drop-in class that focus on releasing tension and revitalising mind, body and spirit.
Moving with the breath, we’ll flow slowly through lying, sitting and standing postures to enhance flexibility, strength and inner calm.
We’ll practise:
how to breath mindfully and fully
how to restore energy and vitality
how to move from the core and awaken the spine
£10 drop in session, £50 for six-week block
